Senior Specialist, Brand Marketing & Communications

Purpose:

Seeking a creative, ambitious self-starter with a passion for brand marketing, graphic design and social media. The Senior Specialist, Brand Marketing & Communications is responsible for contributions towards the continued development of SKPM’s corporate brand, graphic design for various initiatives and social media outlets. 

The Senior Specialist, Brand Marketing & Communications cultivates strong working relationships with the leasing and marketing teams to ensure effective and efficient delivery of service to all third-party clients. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistency and cohesiveness of brand identity across all projects
• Manage and grow our online presence, through creating and curating relevant content to use across multiple social media platforms
• Generate and analyze impactful campaigns, engaging promotions and targeted advertising
• Create SEO optimized copy, compelling headlines, captions and effective hashtags while developing strategies to drive leasing, website traffic and increase engagement
• Management and continuous optimization of SEO and SEM initiatives
• Other marketing projects as required

Qualifications:

Education

• Post-Secondary Degree in Marketing or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years Marketing experience
• Residential and commercial property management or real estate experience, preferred.

Skills and abilities

• Time management skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Microsoft Office
• Google My Business
• Experience with managing various social media channels (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
