The Junior Recruiter will work closely with the HR Director, Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist and the Payroll & Benefits team to assist in meeting the recruitment needs of SKPM. The Jr. Recruiter will deliver services that meet the needs of Hiring Managers, enhance candidate satisfaction and, ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies and procedures. The Jr. Recruiter will be an Ambassador and key contributor to creating a positive recruitment and onboarding experience.
