Andrew Patterson is an experienced real estate professional with over a decade of expertise in leasing, property management, and business strategy. He entered the industry in 2011, immersing himself in navigating the purchase, leasing, and disposal of investment properties. In 2019, Andrew joined GWLRA as a Portfolio Leasing Lead, where he played a pivotal role in strategic leasing initiatives. By 2021, he had transitioned into the position of Manager of National Leasing, where he oversaw national leasing operations and contributed to the growth of the portfolio.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration, as well as a Certificate in Big Data Analytics. He is also a former member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. His extensive skill set includes leasing management, revenue management, lease-ups, business improvement, and training and development, with a particular focus on creating value through strategic planning and business reporting.
