Patricia joined Sterling Karamar Property Management in June of 2019 with more than 20 years of experience in the commercial property management industry at both the third-party level as well as first party. She has a broad range of knowledge in commercial real estate with extensive experience in lease implementation and property administration.
Patricia possesses a high standard of professionalism providing clients with an exceptional level of customer service. She is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Commercial Property Administration team. Her strong communication and leadership skills have made her a fundamental member of the SKPM team. Patricia maintains a portfolio of Commercial properties, while offering sound coaching and support to her team.
