Ian Phillips has been with Sterling Karamar Property Management since early 2017 and brings over 20 years of project management experience to the company in both the commercial and multi-residential capacities. In addition to Ian's years of experience in the property management industry, it was his Architectural Technology and Building Science education that laid the foundation for his successful career. He achieved his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation in 2016.
In the capacity of Capital Projects Manager, Ian's knowledge and strong industry contacts, combined with his proactive attitude have been a vital asset to the company.
