Sebastian Russo is responsible for the leadership of Sterling Karamar Property Management’s Commercial and Condominium Portfolios and has over 30 years’ experience in the industry. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations, Sebastian is responsible for the business development and strategic planning for the Division.
Sebastian brings a very high level of expertise and professionalism to the organization. He is a member of the Building Owners & Managers Association and of the Canadian Condominium Institute. Sebastian has obtained both his RPA (Real Property Administrator) and his FMA (Facilities Management Administrator) designations from BOMI.
