Marshall Bleiweis graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Economics and went on to study at the University of Windsor where he received his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. Marshall has been involved in the property management and real estate industry for over 40 years. He began his career by specializing in real estate accounting at one of the country's top accounting firms. In 1989 he founded Karamar Management Corporation, and subsequently joined forces with Sterling Silver Developments, forming Sterling Karamar Property Management.
Today, the company manages over 18 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, condominium and residential assets.
Under Marshall's leadership, Sterling Karamar has been recognized with industry awards in both community service and advertising excellence. As a member of the Fair Rental Policy Organization (FRPO), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the London Property Management Association (LPMA). Marshall continues to stay abreast of current trends within the property management industry.
