Jeff has recently joined the Sterling Karamar Property Management Team. Jeff holds a CPA, CMA, Accounting designation. Jeff has over 30 years’ experience in operational and corporate financial reporting and budgeting, staff leadership, coupled with multi-residential, commercial, retail and industrial real estate experience. Prior to joining Sterling Karamar, Jeff led the Property Accounting team at Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC), Canada's largest social housing provider. TCHC provides approximately 59,000 units of RGI, Affordable and Market housing via a portfolio of 2,100 buildings. Throughout his career Jeff has been involved in all aspects of property and corporate accounting as well as financial due diligence drawing on experiences from past roles at CAP Reit and Oxford Properties.
Jeff leads the accounting team at Sterling Karamar Property Management. He sets high standards of performance for himself and the team. He is client focused and is a strong proponent of utilizing technology to make processes more efficient and improve controls. Jeff a has participated in several ERP system conversions resulting in significant process improvements.
